BCFOA’s 3 Different Systems

It is important that each member understand that there are three different computer systems with BCFOA and members should have accounts on each system. If you don’t please contact the secretary.

(1) Arbiter – this is our assignment system. This is where you get games assigned sent to you. Also, this is where the Association’s gets your latest contact information for your cheques. So keep your profile up to date.

(2) The NFHS Exams Website , this is where we have both the NFHS exams and the Canadian Exams for you to complete. If you have not done an exam on this site before you will have to “register”. We would recommend you read the Instructions. Please ensure that you select “British Columbia” as the Primary State Association and in the Local Affiliation field you enter “British Columbia Football Officials Association”

(3) And finally our BCFOA Website. This is where we communicate all our notifications to our members. You have the ability to login to the site and change your email address. As well, as a member, you can post comments about various postings. In addition, we have created a Discussion Forum for members to post questions, comments and concerns. We encourage you to use it.

NOTE: Your username and password may be different at all three sites. The Association does not have control of username formats on Arbiter or NFHS, so we have no ability to link them all together. However, all three sites gives you the ability to have your username and password sent to your email address that is on file.

I hope this helps to explain the three different systems used by BCFOA. We would encourage everyone to get to know all three of them.
