Complaints Process – Please Read

To all officials,
There has been some confusion over the complaints process for both internal and external complaints.  As we have been going through our new constitution process some of the specialized committee names have not been updated which created some questions.
Regardless of that, all complaints must go to the respective VP in the first instance.  It is up to that executive to deal with the matter informally if possible. I will be involved in some internal matters if required as was done recently.  If an informal solution cannot be done or is not appropriate the executive will appoint a committee or refer it to a standing committee (if one is established) as per the constitution rules. That committee will report their findings and recommendations back to the executive.
Any  response to a complaint from outside our association must come from an  executive member and will be in writing.
