GENERAL MEETINGS
- An Annual General Meeting of the Association shall be held in the month of December of each year on a date to be fixed by the Executive Board. Notice of a general meeting shall be given in writing to the members not less than fourteen (14) days prior to the meeting.
- A special general meeting of the Association may be called by the President, as and when, it is deemed necessary. Also, the President shall call a special general meeting when requested to do so in writing by at least 10% of the voting members. Notice of a special general meeting shall be given in writing to the members not less than fourteen (14) days prior to the meeting.
- A majority of at least one third (1/3) of the Regular Members and Life Members shall constitute a quorum for any general meeting of the Association. Such quorum will be achieved through the total of members having voted by valid Absentee Ballot, and those voting by valid regular ballot while in attendance at a properly constituted general meeting.
